Sacha Comrie lets her clients keep her up at night, and she doesn’t mind one bit. She takes a personal stake in her clients’ successes, ensuring VIP service – day or night – to achieve the best possible results for her clientele. Ms. Comrie has a successful real estate practice where she handles complex residential and commercial transactions for buyers, sellers and private lenders. This includes short-sales, bank sales, refinancing, and landlord-tenant disputes. She represents several residential cooperative boards on real estate and litigation matters. Ms. Comrie also focuses on wills, trusts and estates and the firm’s matrimonial practice. Additionally, Ms. Comrie has a commercial litigation and compliance practice, particularly as it relates to MWBEs.


Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Comrie spent several years as a litigator at Shearman & Sterling, LLP and also worked at Kaye Scholer, LLP in Manhattan. She worked on the defense side of commercial litigation and arbitration matters regarding intellectual property, securities law, SEC investigations, white collar crime, insurance, international law, sports & media law, and general contract disputes. She also has extensive experience with e-discovery, contract drafting, trademark registration and enforcement, copyrights and employment disputes. She previously served as a compliance officer and counsel for A.L. Consulting, a DBE and MWBE diversity management and consulting firm in the construction industry.

Ms. Comrie clerked for the Hon. Novalyn L. Winfield in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Comrie’s career runs the gambit from BigLaw to Small Firm. She’s well-versed on what it takes to run a successful firm from both a business and customer service perspective. Given her experience, Ms. Comrie strikes the right balance between BigLaw know-how and Small Firm service for her clients.
